There are so many detox products, and I seemed to have tried them all. The celebrity diet although tastes ok, left me weak and very dizzy, i almost passed out. I later found out that the juice in this is not favorable for fasting. I then tried another product I bought here at Amazon, called Simplifast Fasting Beverages. It was Fantastic! I felt amazing, and not once dizzy. It is loaded with nutrients, and electrolytes and 11g fiber, unlike this celebrity diet. It is also ready-to-drink, no mixing, and taste better and has 3 flavors which are all really good. It's all natural, and in 16oz bottles, so perfect for on the go. Simplifast has changed my bad eating habits and I feel the best I have ever felt, and have more energy than ever. I really love this drink and drink it daily now to maintain, and get my fiber. Losing weight was just a bonus from drinking this wonderful beverage.

I juice for a couple days after a holiday or a vacation where I over-indulge... gets those few pounds right off... and this is the only one I like enough to adhere to the diet! Without this I would definitely have trouble getting those extra pounds off...
