The product was never recieved. It was returned, by post office, due to wrong address. I'm waiting for the refund to my credit card, so I may re-order this product. It's been over a month, but I don't see a refund on my credit card statement yet.

Good flavor - Sweet. Mixes easily and is especially tasty when blended with frozen fruit and extracts. The Slimfast website has recipes to give a little variety.

I drink this for breakfast every morning. I mix it with 8th Continent Complete light vanilla soy milk. It has less calories thsn skim milk, and is loaded with vitamins and minerals. I'm not a fan of soy milk, but mixed together this it's like a milkshake. I enjoy the flavor so much that I'm bummed when I've finished it. It keeps me full for about 3 1/2 hours. When I'm hungry again I eat a handful of raw almonds and I'm good until lunch. Slim Fast has come a long way.

Nice product, and it works... but as soon as you stop using it.. you'll get a bouncing effect.. you will get back your loosen pounds back faster than you think. It works as long as you never stop using it.

the ingredients list shown here has the minerals listed first, not the "real" ingredients. On my container, the first thing listed under ingredients is SUGAR!!!!!! ARGH. Of course it tastes yummy:-) I'll be sticking with Kashi Vanilla and their much more wholesome ingredient list.
