I used to take the regular Chocolate Royale shake mix, but since I incorporated some weight training to my weight loss program I found it helpful to get some added protein in my diet to assist me in keeping my muscle while burning fat,so I switched to this High Protein Creamy Chocolate Shake Mix, it is a lot better tasting than the Chocolate Royale.I am happy to say it is working. I have 2 shakes per day, one for breakfast, then another for lunch, later I have a well balanced low fat low sodium dinner, I am successfully loosing 2 pounds per week on average. I went from 240 pounds to my current 200 pounds and on my way to a target weight of 172 pounds, I am a 48 year old happily married man and father of two children. A quick word here, I do a daily stationary bike cardio session of 30 to 40 minutes, and then I do another 15 to 20 of weight training using light to moderate weights, nothing heavy really but with emphasis in many repetitions and duration of the workout, this regime along with the Slim Fast High Protein shakes burns calories very effectively without sacrificing muscle which happens with severe no exercise diets.

Recently purchased this and was expecting to get something tolerable and acceptable to the palate... boy I was surprised! This product tastes great and does very well to satisfy me through the day! I work in an environment surrounded by food & food samples, and it is not very conducive to weight loss! I started having this as my breakfast and lunch during the day and have easily stayed away from the very dangerous (delicious and fattening) products. The product tastes excellent, and easily satisfies any sweet tooth I may conjur. I look forward to keeping this product around to aid my efforts. Very happy customer!

I enjoy slim fast shakes in the morning. They fill you up without weighing you done. The price was right and the supplier shipped very quickly.

I have a VERY hard time loosing weight, and have tried every diet out there with no results. I have also tried Slim Fast in the past and did not loose any weight :( Then, I saw this and decided to give it a try. I have been consistantly loosing 2-3 pounds/week since I started a month ago!!!!!!!!!!!! I am thrilled! The only way I drink it is by putting it in a blender with ice and milk - it tastes like a chocolate shake (and I am picky about how things taste). I try to replace two meals a day with the shakes, but if I am really hungry I only replace one meal (or have a small muffin or something with one of the shakes). I would strongly suggest that you give this a try!

The title says it all!! If you follow the Slim-Fast plan to the 'T' you will lose weight. Using Slim Fast/Healthy Choice diet combined with exercise and more water then I can calculate, I lost 30lbs in 50 days. Of course I was hungry at times which is to be expected when you go on a low cal diet but it was nothing an apple and a liter of water couldn't fix!. My weight fluctuated only by about 7lbs +/- after I went off of Slim Fast. If you want a low cost method of weight lose and you have the self control to follow the plan then this is for you.
