I tried this on a suggestion from my daughter. It is fantastic in the power shakes I am now taking. I am buying 2 more today. It is really fantastic and keeps me quite full.

The powder mixes well (I just stir it). There isn't an after taste, but you can definitely smell the "whey".
The blueberry flavor is OK, but a bit too sweet for me. The vanilla tastes more like cardboard, but if you mix the 2 together, it tones down the blueberry and makes it more palatable.
The chocolate is OK, but borders on cardboard.
Overall, it's a great product, and I'll continue using it.

This protein gives me a boost of energy after workouts...
taken in the middle of the day it eliminates that ' need' for a high sugar snack
I mix it with a small amount of water...really tastes like chocolate
