i use organic fat free milk, put in about 1 1/2 to 2 inches of milk. this makes the shake much thicker and keeps me full longer, and it's almost like having chocolate pudding!

I was 150lbs when i started using this product. I lost down to 135 lbs but due to depression and other things i have gained 5 lbs back. However, the results are not fast but it is a healthier alternative to loosing weight. This product does not destroy your metabolism or anything.

It's not incredibly delicious and it's not going to keep you satisfied forever, but it does its job pretty good. My only complaint is that even if it says it can be stirred with a spoon, it takes a lot of stirring to dissolve and sometimes a significant amount of the powder ends up in the cup instead of in the milk. For the price, however, it is a very good product.

This is such a cheap meal replacement product to use. It tastes great when mixed with even skim milk. Just do yourself a favor though and get a blender bottle or something similar, because mixing by spoon just won't cut it.

The Chocolate Royale flavor is fantastic. It tastes like a melted chocolate shake! ;0) I mix it with Soy Milk. It's rich and smooth. I use a hand mixer since trying to mix it with just a spoon produces quite a bit of lumpy mix.
